4.4.3 Check Ks factor
The Ks factor of the measuring electrode should
be checked after each active calibration. By doing
this, the required calibration interval can be
determined.

The main menu is opened.
Press
twice to highlight the menu item
STATUS.

The submenu STATUS displays the Ks factor.

The last three active calibrations are
displayed, including date, time and, if
applicable error code (please refer to section
7).

4.5 Short
calibration
During the short calibration, possible changes in
oxygen concentration, flow and temperature are
not examined during the calibration.
The short calibration takes 45 seconds.
NOTE:
The calibration must be carried out with a flow
between 9.1 and 10.9 l/h.
After connecting the unit to the sampling point, let
"run down“ the oxygen value first.
Only Start the calibration, if the values of the
temperature and of the oxygen concentration are
stable.
1. Press . The calibration menu is opened.
2. Select the menu item SHORT CALIBRATION
and confirm with
.
The calibration starts. A countdown is
displayed, beginning with 45 seconds.
NOTE:
If the current flow is outside the required
measuring range, a fault message will be
displayed.
