7 Fault messages and troubleshooting
Cause Remedy
The flow is flashing in the right top of the display and
warning triangle appears.
Flow < 3.0 l/h or > than 20 l/h
Set the flow a the regulating valve to about 10l/h.
Check the value in the right top of the display.
Incorrect Kf factor, 0.9 > K

Re-calibrate the flowmeter
The throughput displayed is lower than expected: the
flowmeter is dirty or faulty
Clean the flowmeter

Rinse the analyser block

Open and clean the flowmeter

The temperature is flashing in the left top of the
display,
for example, the display reads 49.9°C
The feed line to the temperature sensor has been
interrupted
Check the proper seat of the sensor connector.
The temperature sensor is faulty
Replace the temperature sensor.
Display message:
Yes
will stop the recording by the data logger.
If
No
is selected, the logger continues running, and
the whole memory is overwritten.
The previously saved measuring values get lost.
After pressing a key, the "Measuring" screen will be
displayed.
