Problem
No spark
Spark but no ignition
When ignition button is released, pilot flame goes out

Check the connectors.
Power supply short
circuit Repair the short circuit. Do not lay the ignition cable next to metal
surfaces as this weakens the spark.
Spark plug broken Replace the spark plug (*).
Piezo ignition faulty Replace the piezo ignition (*).
No gas Check that the gas valve is open.
Air in pipelines
Flush the pipe by holding the ignition button pressed for a longer
time.
Gas pressure too
high
Check the supply pressure or inform the gas supplier (*).
Gas pressure too
low
Check for a local blockage of the gas supply, for example due to
accumulation of dirt. Check the supply pressure or inform the gas
supplier (*).
Pilot flame nozzle or
pilot flame pipe
blocked
Clean the parts (blow through) or replace the nozzle (*).
Incorrect pilot flame
nozzle
Install the correct pilot flame nozzle (*).
