1. Remove needle
Ä 8.3.3 “Remove the
needle”.
2. Unscrew needle driver (3) using a
spanner SW 6. Support needle rear part
(4) simultaneously.
3. Insert new needle with existing spring
and pressure disc.
4. Install needle
Ä 8.3.4 “Install the
needle.”.
9.2.2 Replace nozzle

Protective workwear
Protective gloves
If the spray pattern is 25% smaller than orig-
inal, the nozzle is worn out.

1. Remove nozzle Ä 8.3.5 “Dismantling the
nozzle”.

2. Check seal (1) for damage.
Replace damaged seal.
3. Install new nozzle Ä 8.3.6 “Install the
nozzle”.
9.2.3 Replace seal retainer screw and
sealing rings.
