Phonebook
Birthday reminder …… Displays the phonebook lists that
have “Reminder” for birthdays set.
Delete data …… Selects the deleting method from “Delete
this/Delete selected/Delete all”.
• “Delete all” deletes the phonebook on the FOMA card
(UIM).
*1: You can use this in the results screen displayed when
entering criteria such as Search reading and performing
Search phonebook.
*2: Does not function for the UIM phonebook.
*3: Not available when 2in1 is in B mode.

● Secret code
When the mail address of the other party is “[phone
number]@docomo.ne.jp” and he/she sets a secret
code, you have to specify “[phone secret
code]@docomo.ne.jp” as the e-mail address.
There are 2 ways to send an e-mail to such a
destination.
z Set a secret code for the phonebook entry from the
phonebook detail screen function menu (when
referring to the mail address, the secret code is
automatically added to the mail address in the
phonebook).
z
Store the mail address with a secret code in the
phonebook.

<Add to Choku-Den>
z When stored to Choku-Den, “ ★ ” appears on the
function menu.

z Secret code settings are valid only to mail addresses
in “[phone number]@docomo.ne.jp” or “phone
number” format.
