When You Cannot Answer a
Received Call
<Missed call>
When you cannot answer a received call, the
appears on the standby screen. When you select
,
you can check the date, time and the caller ID about
the call.

The Missed calls list screen appears.
To check the information with the
FOMA terminal folded
When there is a missed call, new mail (i-mode mail,
Area Mail and SMS)or new chat mail, the incoming
call lamp keeps on flashing. When you press
s
(MUSIC), you can confirm the caller or sender in the
voice.

Notify it with a voice according to the setting of
“Info notice setting”.

Flashing of the Incoming call lamp
When there is a missed call, new mail or new chat
mail, the incoming call lamp keeps on flashing in its
set color.
• Phone/Videophone: Color set for “Phone”
• New mail: Color set for “Mail”
• New chat mail: Color set for “Chat mail”
* When there is new mail and new chat mail, the lamp
lights up in the each color set.

Flashing color and conditions
• The lamp does not flash when the Missed info of
“Illumination” is set to “OFF”.
• The lamp does not flash when the Missed info of
“My Signal settings” is set to “ON”.
• The lamp flashes in the default color when
Gradation is set in “Illumination”.
• You can set the specified color for the caller/sender
in the phonebook.

• Selects the icon for “Missed call”, “New mail” or
“Chat mail” in the display or push

message.

• When Side key guard is set to “ON”
• When playing music with the Music player/
Music&Video Channel

The volume set in the “Phone” in the “Ring volume”
setting is used (if “Phone” is set to “Silent” or “Step”,
the volume is set to “Level 2”).
z
Opening the FOMA terminal during the notification
stops the notification.
z
Choose between ON/OFF when the language setting
is set to English.
z
If the reading of caller’s name is not stored in the
phonebook or the name stored in the phonebook is
not displayed, the caller’s name is not read out even
when “
