The Menus
Call voicebox
: Call your voicebox
and identify yourself with your code
when prompted to do so. OpenVoice
informs you whether you have any
new messages. You can also edit
new and existing messages and voi-
cebox settings. Follow the voice
menu instructions.
Please note:

tem”.
“Central settings” Menu
In this menu you can define rules
and settings for the time manage-
ment of your system.
The
Time control
menu item is avail-
able if the system administrator has
configured, for your user group, the
authorisation “Time control”. The
Date / Time
menu item is available if
the system administrator has config-
ured, for your user group, the au-
thorisation “Configurator – active”.
If you have neither of these authori-
sations, then this menu will not be
displayed on your telephone.

Time control
: In the
OpenCom 100 several time
groups can be configured.
Depending on the activated
time group, incoming calls are
signalled on different tele-
phones. Switching between
these time groups can be done
automatically – according to a
timetable configured by the sys-
tem administrator – or manu-
ally.
You can only programme these
functions if the system adminis-
trator has activated the “Time
control” authorisation for your
user group.
Select
Automatic
to activate au-
tomatic time control. The config-
ured time groups then change
automatically according to the
timetable configured by the sys-
tem administrator. This setting
remains active until one of the
available time groups is set
manually.
The system administrator can
configure up to ten time groups.
The time groups are either num-
bered (default setting) or they
have been given names by the
system administrator. You can
manually select a specific time
group; the automatic time con-
trol is then deactivated.

Any divert “MSN” al-
ways remains in effect, regardless of
