CPU Power Capping
(
P-State 0
default)
Select a processor performance state (P-state). Options are
[P-State 0], [P-State 1], [P-State 2], [P-State 3], and
[P-state 4].
NOTE:
This option is enabled when Power Management is
set to OS Control mode.
Chassis Power
Management
Press <Enter> to set chassis power management.
This option indicates the different power management
options that control the system power consumption by
processor throttling and power capping.
Energy Efficient Policy
(
Balanced
default)
Select a power policy option.
• Max Performance: Sets the processors at the highest
performance state at all times.
• Balanced: Offers full performance and saves power by
reducing system power consumption during periods of
inactivity.
• Low Power: Use different processor power saving modes
(C-states) to reduce system power consumption.
NOTE:
This option works when the OS does not support
power management control of the processor.
