Following any of these transitions the Multi Image Preview and the Main and Sub Source Rails would now
look like this:

The Plane has become the PGM output and the Stairs have become the Cued source in the PST window.
The border colours of the Input Channel Previews have also changed to indicate that the Plane is now Live
(Red) and the Stairs are now Cued (Yellow). The Active Keys on the Main and Sub Source Rails have
swapped, so Channel 2 is now Live and Channel 3 is Cued.
Setting the Speed
When you press the Take Key the SE-900 performs a transition automatically. The transition will be
performed at one of six preset speeds from 1 - Fastest to 6 - Slowest.
To set the speed you can either repeatedly press the SPD Key or directly select the speed you want using
the numbered speed / level keys.
The active speed will be indicated in Status Display, and also by the numbered speed key.

Setting the Border Colour and Width
A wipe can be given a coloured edge or border. The border can be one three widths, and one of eight
colours.

The Border Width and Colour are indicated in the Status Display.
You can set the Border width by repeatedly pressing the
BDR
