Software Setup
If you have completed lab #3, you will only need to program the RTC settings
shown below
. If you are starting from scratch, set the drive up for closed loop
constant pressure (lab # 3) before you move forward from this point.
Connect your demo drive to your laptop via the USB port.
DISCONNECT YOUR
COMPUTER FROM AC POWER BEFORE CONNECTING TO THE USB PORT!
Next, using MCT-10, Set the following parameters to the values shown below;
501 - Output
502 - Output
530 - SL digital output a
531 - SL digital output b
540 Relay #1 (540.0) - Running / No Warning
MCT-10 has several different wizards to assist in programming the drive. You will
see the “Clock Functions” wizard toward the bottom of the project list. Expand
the “Clock Functions” wizard and use it to set up the time & working days. Use
the same settings as the image below shows, except with the current date. Hit
the “Apply” button after you have made the changes.
