NOTE!
The motor may start without warning. If the specified
number of AUTOMATIC RESETs is reached within 10 minutes,
the adjustable frequency drive enters Manual reset [0] mode.
After the Manual reset is performed, the setting of
14-20 Reset Mode
reverts to the original selection. If the
number of automatic resets is not reached within 10
minutes, or when a Manual reset is performed, the internal
AUTOMATIC RESET counter returns to zero.
NOTE!
Automatic reset will also be active for resetting safe stop
function in firmware version < 4.3x.
14-21 Automatic Restart Time

14-22 Operation Mode

Use this parameter to specify normal operation,
to perform tests, or to initialize all parameters

. This function is active only
when the power is cycled to the adjustable
frequency drive.

with the motor in the selected application.

[1] to test the analog
and digital inputs and outputs and the +10 V
control voltage. The test requires a test
connector with internal connections. Use the
following procedure for the control card test:
1.

Disconnect the line power supply and
wait for the light in the display to go
out.

Set switches S201 (A53) and S202
(A54) = ‘ON’ / I.
4.
Insert the test plug (see below).
5.
Connect to the line power supply.

Carry out various tests.

The results are displayed on the LCP
and the adjustable frequency drive
moves into an infinite loop.

power cycle to start up in normal
operation after a control card test.
If the test is OK:
LCP readout: Control Card OK.
Disconnect the line power supply and remove
the test plug. The green LED on the control
card will light up.
If the test fails:
LCP readout: Control Card I/O failure.
Replace the adjustable frequency drive or
control card. The red LED on the control card is
turned on. Test plugs (connect the following
terminals to each other): 18 - 27 - 32; 19 - 29 -
33; 42 - 53 - 54
