CLUTCH/GEARSHIFT

Install the crankcase cover bolts and clutch cable
holder.

TORQUE : 1.1kgf

Connect the clutch cable end to the clutch lever,
then install the clutch wire holder with the two
bolts.
Adjust the clutch lever free play. (

Remove the oil level gauge, then fill the crankcase
with the recommended oil.(

⇨

Connect the radiator hose
Pour the coolant.

Install the side cowls and center cowl.
Install in the reverse order of removal.

RH. CRANKCASE COVER
INSTALLATION

Remove the gasket from the crankcase surface.
Install the two dowel pins and a new gasket.
