COOLING SYSTEM

Loosen the 3 bolts and remove the water pump
cover.

Inspect the mechanical (water) seal and seal
washer for wear or damage.

WATER PUMP BODY REMOVAL

REMOVE

Water pump body.

Remove the water pump impeller.

The impeller has left hand threads.

•

The mechanical seal and seal washer change with
a set.
