Caution
When the engine hatch cover is
open for inspection and mainte-
nance, any contact with hot surface
like the muffler, exhaust pipes and
engine will cause scalding.
Never touch the hot surface.
When the engine is on and the
engine hatch cover is open, any
contact with the rotating propeller
and belt inside will cause injuries.
Before opening the engine hatch
cover, shut off the engine first.
To start the engine, make sure that
the locking device of the engine
hatch cover has been secured.

Be careful when dismantling the cutter frame.
Do not clear stalks with bare hands after dismantling
the concave sieve.
Do not rotate the threshing cylinder with bare hands.

Way to clear clogged threshing cylinder
Dismantling method
1. Shut off the engine
2. Make sure that the power supply to the threshing part
has been cut off.
3. Open the hatch cover
4. Release the locking pin of the cutter. Unscrew and
remove the bolt.
5. Open the threshing cylinder
6. Dismantle the cutter frame
7. Transfer the sieve onto the top of the threshing
cylinder and remove it.
Installation method
Install in reverse order of the dismantling method.
(In sequence: Install in sequence according to the order
7→6→5→4→3→2→1 mentioned above.)

Instructions for use

To put out fire, remove safety pin of the handheld fire extinguisher and point
extinguisher nozzle at base of fire from an effective distance ( >= 2.5m) and
squeeze the lever. Discharge the dry powder using a sweeping motion to
cover the whole area of fire. The fire will be put out promptly.

Action to put out fire must be swift and decisive. Do not leave embers
unattended to prevent re-ignition. Do not spray on liquid surface to prevent
spatter from spreading the fire.

Hold the fire extinguisher upright and at a slightly slanted angle to put out
fire. Do not lay the fire extinguisher flat or use it in an inverted position.

Maintenance
̻G
Perform yearly check on the fire extinguisher. Refill the fire extinguisher
with nitrogen when the indicator is below the green zone.

The fire extinguisher must pass hydrostatic pressure testing every five
years or after every refill to remain in use.

The fire extinguisher must be refilled after every discharge.

Things to note

In case of fire, operator must first use the fire extinguisher to put out the fire.

The fire extinguisher must be kept in a cool and dry place with temperature
between -10 to +45 degree Celsius.
