1.4.2 REPLACEMENT OF ELEVATOR
RAKES
1. Put the pin punch on the pin with the smaller diameter
and tap the pin punch to remove a rake.
2. Set and tap on the pin punch as shown in the
fi
gure to
install a new rake.

1.4.1 ADJUSTMENT OF ELEVATOR CHAIN
TENSION AND REPLACEMENT OF
ELEVATOR CHAIN
1. Measure the clearance between the elevator tension
hook and pulling nut.
2. If the measure clearance is not within 0.5 ~ 2.5 mm, adjust
the clearance with the pulling bolt.
3. If the chain is loose, remove the chain 2 link.
<When assembling>
• Install the chain so that its direction is opposite to the
curved ends of the elevator tension spring and hook
(refer to the right
fi
gure).
