1. Never go near the straw discharge.
2. Under the cover is a sharp cutter. Extremely dangerous during
operation! Never put hands inside.
3. When alarm is sounded, shut off the engine before inspection.
4. Shut off the engine before inspection, adjustment or clearing of
stalks caught in the cutter shaft.
5. Close the cover after inspection and adjustment.

1. Never go near the header during operation.
2. Shut off the engine before troubleshooting.
3. Hands may be cut off when in contact with
the rotating blade. Never put hands or legs
inside when the blade is rotating.
4. Hands may be injured when in contact with
the rotating chain. Never put hands or legs
inside when the chain is rotating.
5. Shut off the engine before inspection,
adjustment or cleaning.

When the header is raised for inspection and repair,
it may slip suddenly and cause casualty. Secure the
safety locating device on the lifting oil tank. Put
chocks like wood under the header to prevent it from
slipping before carrying out inspection and repair.
Key points on locking the locating device
ྙG
Raise the header to its maximum height.
ྚG
Remove the master latch from position A to place
the locating device in the locking position.
ྛG Insert the master latch from position A into
position B.
To release the locating lock, work in reverse order.

cover after cleaning.
