LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT
To decrease the risk of premature bulb failure, do not touch new bulbs with bare fingers. Use a clean, dry
paper towel or cloth to handle the glass part of the bulb.
Headlight Bulb Replacement
Make sure that the vehicle key switch is in the OFF position
and the key has been removed.
Find the headlight bulb socket on the rear of the light assem-
bly. Turn bulb socket a quarter turn to the left to unlock. Pull
bulb and socket, remove old bulb from the socket. Install new
bulb in socket and position bulb socket into headlight housing
and rotate the socket a quarter turn to the right to secure.
Taillight Bulb Replacement
Make sure that the vehicle key switch is in the OFF position
and the key has been removed.
The taillight contains a LED light board rather than a light
bulb, if the LEDs burn out, the entire light must be replaced.
WHEELS AND TIRES
A tire explosion can cause severe injury or death. Never exceed the tire inflation pressure rating
on the tire sidewall.
To decrease the risk of tire explosion, pressurize tire with small amounts of air applied intermit-
tently to seat beads. Because of the low volume of the small tires, over inflation can occur in sec-
onds. Never exceed the tire manufacturer’s recommendation when seating a bead. Protect the
face and eyes from escaping air when removing a valve core.
Use caution when inflating tires. Over inflation can cause the tire to separate from the wheel or
cause the tire to explode, either of which can cause severe injury.
To decrease the risk of severe injury caused by a broken socket when removing wheels, use only
sockets designed for impact wrench use.

Steel wheel rims will require the 3/4 inch lug wrench and aluminum wheel rims will require the 17 mm lug wrench.
Generally, the most cost effective method to repair a flat tire resulting from a puncture in the tread portion is to use a com-
mercial tire plug.
If the tire is flat, lift the vehicle and remove the wheel. Refer to ‘Lifting the Vehicle’ for correct lifting procedure and safety
