HOW TO OPERATE
PIN AND SERIAL NUMBER LOCATION
The PIN plate is attached with rivets to the frame below the seat wrap panel.
Two serial number and manufacture date code plates are on the vehicle. One of the plates
Is found on the steering column, the other plate is found on the chassis below the cowl on the driver’s side of the vehicle.
Design changes occur on a continuous basis. To get the correct components for the vehicle, the PIN number, manufac-
ture date code, serial number or vehicle model, must be supplied.
Incorrect use of this vehicle can cause severe injury or death. This vehicle is a light-duty utility
vehicle, NOT an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV).
To decrease the risk of severe injury or death resulting from loss of vehicle control, the warnings
below must be obeyed:
When you drive the vehicle, understand the terrain, traffic conditions and the environmen-
tal conditions which change the terrain and the ability to control the vehicle.
Use precaution and decreased speed when driving on rough terrain, for example loose
dirt, wet grass, watter covered areas or gravel.
Keep a safe speed when driving up or down a hill. Use the service brake to control speed
when traveling down a slope. A sudden stop or change of direction can cause the loss of
control.
To prevent the loss of control, do not move the vehicle direction selector while the vehicle
is in motion.
Decrease speed before and during turns. All turns must be made at decreased speed.
Do not drive through water that is more than 12 inches deep.
Reduce speed when driving thorough water covered areas.
To prevent accidental movement when the vehicle is left without an operator, engage the parking
brake, turn the key to the OFF position and remove the key.
Make sure the direction selector is set to the Neutral position before starting the vehicle.
