Configuration Manager is where programmers will “build” the control system by 
selecting hardware from the 

Device Library

. Configuration Manager can be opened 

several different ways. 

Opening Configuration Manager for a New Program 

After a new program is started and the program header has been completed, SIMPL 
Windows will display the “Configure?” window.
