An automatic Optics check is now performed.

The results can be either

Passed

Out of Tolerance

If the test passes, the application automatically moves on to the next
stage. If the test result is

Stage 7: Create Tables

The Create Tables window is displayed.

A fully automatic procedure for creating new machine tables is now
performed. The duration of this procedure is approximately 50
minutes, and a progress bar at the bottom of the screen shows the
number of tables that have been created.

At the end of creating the tables, the parameters are automatically
updated in the Prefs file, and saved back to the scanner.
