7.12 Troubleshooting for the Installation & Utilities Program
7.12.1 Serial Number Mismatch
Problem
If there is a mismatch between the serial number on the scanner label,
and the number in the scanner parameters (those saved in the scanner),
the program requests the correct serial number a second time.
In the following example, the last serial number digit before the slash,
6, is incorrect, and should be
5 (it is not necessary to enter the /01 in the
end of the scanner serial number).

Confirm .
