- The list of registered DVRs at COMMAX DDNS Server under the user’s ID is displayed.
- Select the DVR to activate the DDNS Service from the list and click button.
* If the registered DVR is not found in PreDDNS,
-> Check the user ID and Password registered at the DVR are same as the ID and Password
registered at the DDNS Server (if different, reset the user ID and Password at the DVR).

Model name: Product name with the user registered at COMMAX DDNS
ⓑ
Internal IP: Internal IP address of the DVR within LAN
ⓒ
IP: The IP address that is enabled to connect to DVR in WAN
ⓓ
ID(URL): URL for COMMAX DDNS Service
> Default: http://ddns.commax.com/MAC address of the DVR
> Previous COMMAX DDNS Service activation: http://ddns.commax.com/+User
defined ID

State: DDNS status of DVR
> ON: DVR’s setup is set as COMMAX DDNS (possible to use DDNS service)
> Off: DVR’s setup is not set as COMMAX DDNS (not possible to use DDNS service)

Enrol: To activate the selected DVR for COMMAX DDNS service.
C. Enter the device ID in the MyDDNS registration menu shown below. Enter the MAC address of the DVR
indicated on the label attached on the DVR. And then, enter the registered user password to activate
COMMAX DDNS Service.

Enter the user defined ID for DDNS service. *Click “Duplicate Check” for validity.
