2.  Check the DVR whether the DDNS settings is set to COMMAX (SETUP>NETWORK>DDNS). 

 

3.  Host method connection without registering as a member at ddns.commax.com 

A.  Enter the DDNS Host name registered at Site A .icommax.net in the web browser. 

ex) Registered DDNS host name: 000269082d68 

          -> Enter 000269082d68.icommax.net 

 

B.  As the connection of the corresponding DVR is made, click “Connect” on the upper right corner of the 

screen. 

 

C.  IP Address: Check whether the same URL is displayed as the URL entered in the web browser. 

D.  ID/Password: Enter ID (ADMIN, or USER1_) and password of the account that has access to the DVR 

(Default Password is “1234”)
