To enable streaming the user should take the following steps.

Select which services should be streamed by individually ticking
the boxes in the ‘Channels to be streamed’ field, each channel
corresponds to the output of a Receiver.

Set a suitable streaming bitrate (this must be an aggregate of
the bitrate of the selected services). When a suitable bitrate is
selected in the ‘Streaming Bitrate’ field the ‘Bitrate OK’ alarm
will be green. This should be an iterative process, because the
bitrate should not be set excessively high, to minimise pressure
and cost on the network.

Enable streaming by setting the ‘Streaming enable’ field to On
3.3 How do I decode the Streaming Video Services
Domo provides two products for decoding streamed video and audio
services.
1. IP Software Decoder, this is a PC based software decoder that
will display streamed video and audio services in a ‘window’ on
a PC. This application is explained in more detail in section 11.
2. IP Hardware Decoder, this product is a rack mounted hardware
product with IP input and video and audio outputs. For more
