Overclocking Performance Menu (Advanced Menu)
This menu allows you to adjust settings for processor and performance, and allows
you to adjust CPU
power limits
and the
CPU VR Custom Setting
for voltage reg-
ulation. A warning will appear to remind you that overclocking may damage hard-
ware, and that you must be sure that the CPU and memory support overclocking
before enabling the feature. See also
“CPU / Memory Overclocking Support” on
.
Overclocking Issues
If you get any errors due to
changing overclocking set-
tings, e.g. a black screen, to
reset
the computer
press
and hold the Fn + D key
combination (for the CPU
reset or Fn + G for the
GPU reset)
and
the power
button
.
This will change the over-
clocking settings back to the
defaults.
Note
overclocking
the sys-
tem (CPU/Memory/GPU)
may cause hardware dam-
age, reduce system stabili-
ty, the useful life of the
system and affect system
data integrity, and
is en-
abled at the user’s own
risk
, and is
not covered in
the warranty terms
.
