Chapter 3 Repairs

Maintenance manual

AlveoPC

Remove the Alveograph's casing

(see op. A5-1)

Note the position of the electromagnet's wires on the CPU
board (14 and 15) and disconnect them (A).

Unscrew the three screws on the electromagnet (B).

Replace the electromagnet and fix it without fully tightening its
screws so that you can align the piston with the electromagnet.

Adjust the electromagnet

(see op. A10-2)

then fully tighten the

screws.

Replace the unit, taking care to reconnect all the hydraulic,
pneumatic or electrical connections.

Reminder:We recommend replacing the hoses.
