Note: It may be helpful to remove the RLP pressure board to
have easier access to other parts of the instrument.
1. Remove the Alveograph's upper casing (see op. A1-1) .
2. Disconnect the power-supply board connector from the Bus
board (A) and from the USB board. Cut the cable tie.
3. Disconnect the pneumatic hose connected to the pressure
sensor (B). Cut the cable tie.
Be careful not to damage the pressure sensor when dis-
connecting the pneumatic hose. If necessary, lever it out
with a flat blade screwdriver from the bottom of the hose.
This is a fragile component!
Loosen the two screws (C), nuts and washers and remove the
board support.
Replacing the casing should not be a problem. Remember to
replace the cable tie.
Be careful not to damage the pressure sensor when recon-
necting the pneumatic hose. It is a fragile component!
