1. Remove the Alveograph's casing (see op. A1-1) .
2. Remove the RLP pressure board support (see op. A1-2) .
3. Disconnect from the CPU board the connector to which the air
pump wires are connected.
4. Lay the Alveograph on its side, leaning on its block.
5. Unscrew the four locking nuts on the air pump support under
the Alveo bloc (A), and extract the support from its base with-
out tautening the wires (B). Retrieve and keep the washers.
6. Cut the plastic fixing ring on the pump's pneumatic hose then
disconnect the hose (C).
7. Loosen the wire screws (1 and 2) on the connector, after duly
noting their position (D).
8. Unscrew the two retaining screws and washers from the pump
on the support (E) and keep them.
9. Extract the pump from its support.
When replacing the new air pump, gently tighten the screws
(elastic supports).
Note: We recommend replacing the hoses.
