a. Disassembly
1. Open the cover of the bowl.
2. Unscrew the wheels on the lateral flange of the Mixer bowl and
remove the flange.
3. Remove register “F” (A).
4. Remove the screws from the lower passage (B) then remove
it.
5. Remove the screws from the upper passage (C) then swivel
the upper passage to remove it (D).
b. Reassembly
1. Fit and fix the upper passage.
2. Replace the lower passage without fully tightening its screws.
3. Adjust the extraction passage:
- longitudinal (0.2 mm between the mixing blade and the lower
passage),
- vertical (adjust the opening).
See procedure B13-2 "Adjusting the extraction passage"
This adjustment is mandatory.
4. Fully tighten its screws.
5. Replace the “F” register.
6. Replace the bowl flange.
