Climate control
Cooling
Cooling is operated with the AC
button and is only functional when the
engine and fan are running.
The air conditioning system cools and
dehumidifies (dries) when the outside
temperature is a little above freezing
point. Therefore condensation may
form and drip from under the vehicle.
If no cooling or drying is required,
switch the cooling system off to save
fuel.
The air conditioning will not operate
when the fan control knob is in the off
position.
Even though the air conditioning is
turned on, the vehicle will produce
warm air if the temperature knob is set
in the red area.
To turn off the air conditioning
system, press the AC again or turn
the fan knob to 0.
If the cooling system is on and you
turn the fan knob to 0, the cooling
system remains on, but inactive,
since the fan is on 0. When you turn
it back to motion, the air conditioning
will work again.
Caution
Use only correct refrigerant.
