Motor starter was off when it should have been on. Output 11 on

NO Air Pressure
This error message displays when the air pressure falls below 20

OUTPUT CONVEYOR FULL
The output accessory full sensor is covered or faulty. RAP 2.61 Out-Feed Accessory Full Sensor
Positioning error
This message displays after the failed attempts to position the
registration stop. It may be caused by a faulty motor or encoder. RAP 2.48 Registration Preset Sensor

Preset proximity sensor
failure
Message occurs when the registration prox remains on 1/2 sec
after the motor has begun moving the guide away from the sen-

Remove book on top in
the elevator then press
CLEAR key
A book is jammed at the top of the elevator, or the Book at Top of

Result is negative
This warning displays when a calculated result is a negative

Send canceled!
This message is displayed when a key is pressed while the book
positioner is moving.
Serial communication
port failed
The external control port is active and no reply was received from
the host computer.
Serial error no response
from the servomotor
The servo control port is not working properly. Pin 2 held HI possibly due to faulty servo
drive controller.

Servo Disabled
This error message is given when the hydraulic motor is off and
the gripper is issued a move command. It is typically caused by
pressing either e-stop button in the middle of a book cycle. It
may also be caused by a open power portion of one of the inter-

SERVO ERROR observe code
on the Servo Amplifier
Read the error code displayed on the servo amplifier in the power

Servo Port Failed
RS-232 port controlling the servo drive failed. RAP 2.23 Servo Drive System
Sharpen Knife
The number of machine cycles has exceeded that which is rec-
ommended for a knife change. It is time to change knife.

Shorted Key error
A key on the keypad has been actuated for more than 90 sec-
onds or is faulty. Replace the console.
Slow down Failure
The slow down proximity did not respond before the down prox-
imity sensor. The knife slow down proximity sensor is either mis-
