2. Status Indicator RAPs 2-32 CMT 130 Book Trimmer
RAP 2.24 Pneumatic Pressure Switch
Input 19
The pressure switch is located in the left center
of the power panel. It is activated when input air
pressure is greater than
20 psi.
Possible Fault Indicators

No Air Pressure
is displayed
Initial Actions
Check that shop air is connected, switched on,
and at 80-90 psi. Check that the main air valve
at the back of the trimmer is switched on.
Procedure
1. Read the main pressure gauge located at
the rear of the machine. Is input air pres-
sure at 80-90 psi?

Check and repair the hoses between the air
filter, main pressure regulator, and main sys-
tem pressure gauge. Adjust control dial to
80-90 PSI.
2. Check and repair hoses between the main
air disconnect valve and the pressure switch
port on the backside of the power panel.
3. Check and repair loose wires 60 and 64.
4.
“ No Air Pressure ” is always displayed.

Disconnect wire 60. The sensor data screen
displays (

).

Disconnect main power and replace
main PWB (REP 4.22 Main PWB Re-
placement).
5. Short wire 60 to 64. The sensor data screen
displays (
19-1
).
Y N
Disconnect main power and replace the
main PWB (REP 4.22 Main PWB Replace-
ment).
6. Disconnect main power and replace the
switch (PL 5.15 Power Panel EE-3306-1
(1/2)).
