CMT 130 Book Trimmer 

RAP 2.22 Servo Drive Initialization 

If you are replacing the servo drive, it must be 
initialized after installation. 

Procedure 

1.)  The servo drive is located in the upper 

right hand corner of the electrical panel 
(Figure 2-29). 

2.)  Switch on the machine.  Do not press the 

green start button. 

3.)  Lift the clear gray cover that covers the 

LED display on the servo drive and lo-
cate the four buttons below the LED dis-
play (Figure 2-30).  

4.)  To set parameter 19, press and release 

the "MODE" button until "P  00" appears 
in the display. 

5.)  Press and release the "DOWN" button 

until "P  19" appears in the display. 

6.)  Press the "SET" button two times.  The 

display will start to flash. 

7.)  Press and release the "UP" button until 

"000E" flashes in the display. 

8.)  Press and release the "SET" button. 

9.)  Switch off the machine.  Switch on the 

machine. 

10.)  To set parameter 57, press and release 

the "MODE" button until "P  54" appears 
in the display. 

11.)  Press and release the "UP" button until 

"P  57" appears in the display. 

12.)  Press the "SET" button two times.  The 

display will flash. 

13.)  Press and release the "UP" button until 

"0010" flashes in the display. 

14.)  Press and release the "SET" button. 

15.)  Close the clear gray Plexiglas cover that 

covers the LED display on the servo 
drive. 

16.)  Switch off the machine. 

17.)  Press and hold the "

" and "

" arrow 

keys while switch on the machine.  Re-
lease the arrow keys once you see "A) ID 
Num" at the bottom of the screen and a 
cursor flashing near the center of the 
screen. 

18.)  Press and hold the "HIDDEN" key (imme-

diately below the "IN / MM" button), then 
press the "B" key. 

19.)  Release both keys when "ENTER MAIN-

TAINENCE CODE" appears on the 
screen. 

20.)  Enter through the keyboard "6.125".  

Press "ENTER".  The screen will fill with 
multiple sets of numbers. 

21.)  When "TURN POWER OFF/ON" appears 

at the bottom of the screen, Switch off 
the power.  Switch the power on again. 

The machine is ready to operate.
