Operational Sequence with Powered Roller Discharge: (OPTIONAL)
This feature is designed to allow the operator to remove the filled bag at the end of the filling
cycle. This can be accomplished automatically thru the program or manually with a Bag
Discharge PB switch that is mounted on controller / operator control panel.
Automatic:
When the weighment is complete, the cuff will deflate after a short time delay. The release of
the straps can be done with the controller or the operator.
o
If operator, he will press the Strap release PB
o
If thru the controller, there is a timer that is activated after weighment complete
for straps to release and when it expires the straps will release
o
The operator will tie off the neck of the bag.
o
The operator will press the conveyor discharge PB found on the operator panel
o
The filled pallet exits out, bring a new empty pallet in.
o
Operator hangs a new empty bag on the straps
o
Then operator installs the neck on the sleeve.
o
The operator presses the Bag Cuff Inflate PB located on the filler head.
o
When cuff is fully inflated the operator presses the start fill cycle PB and the
filling cycle starts over.
Manual:

Operator presses the strap release PB on the control panel

The operator will tie off the neck of the BB.
o
The operator will press and hold the conveyor discharge PB until filled pallet is clear
of weigh scale and onto downstream conveyors..
o
Operator releases the discharge PB
o
Operator puts a new empty pallet on weigh scale conveyor.
o
Operator hangs a new empty bag on the straps
o
Then operator installs the neck on the sleeve.
o
The operator presses the Cuff Inflate PB located on the filler head.
o
Bag cuff inflates fully
o
Then operator presses the start fill cycle PB located on the control panel.
o
When bag reaches desired weight, after a time delay the straps release and the cuff
deflates
And the process starts back over again.
