Including: Pre-Fill Bag Inflator, Vibratory Bag Settler, Discharge Conveyor and
Powered Accumulator Conveyors. (Controls Wired for Either 220 or 440 Volt / 3
Phase / 60 Cycle)
7. Live Roller Bag
Discharge Conveyor
(512-100)
A trigger switch that is integrated underneath the filling spout that automatically
initiates the bag fill upon the placement of empty bags onto the filling spout saving
the operator from manually pressing the start button to start the during fill. This
device is an excellent time saver.

300)
Vibratory Densifying Grid Table Designed to Lift a Pallet Off of a Live Roller
Conveyor, Settle or Densify Product in the Bag or Box without Vibrating the
Conveyor and Lowering the Pallet Back Onto the Live Roller Conveyor So It Can
Be Automatically Exited from the System After Densifying. Grid Deck Elevation is
Accomplished Via (4) Air Mounts. Controls Wired for Either 220 / 440 Volt / 3
Phase / 60 Cycle)
9. Rigid Mount Bag
Densifier Assembly
(Cushion Mounts w /Dual
Vibratory Motors(513-
1000
Vibratory Densifying Rigid Deck Mount Designed with dual motor vibrators
mounted on each side of the deck to Settle and/or Densify Product in Bulk Bag or
