INTRODUCTION

This repair manual provides the technical informa-

tion needed to properly service Case IH round bal-

ers. Use this manual in conjunction with the opera-

tor’s manual for complete operation, adjustment, and

maintenance information.

On equipment, left and right are determined by

standing behind the unit, looking in the direction of

travel.

The descriptions and specifications contained in this

manual were in effect at the time the book was re-

leased for printing. Case IH reserves the right to dis-

continue models at any time, or to change specifica-

tions and design without notice, and without incurring

obligation.
