RETRIEVING ECG RECORDS
1. Press
[Home]
.
2. Press
[Send/Rec]
.
3. Select
Get ECGs
.
4. Specify the criteria for the orders:
NOTE: Entries are not case sensitive.
a. To receive all ECG records available (up to the maximum
directory size), leave all fields blank.
b. To receive all ECG records for a specific patient, enter the
patient ID (MRN) or patient name.
5. Press
[Send/Rec]
.
After a few seconds the Atria displays a list of all ECG records that
meet the criteria specified above.
6. Select the orders:
a. To select all records, hold down
[Alt]
and then press
[1]
.
b. To de-select all records, hold down
[Alt]
and then press
[2]
.
c. To select or de-select individual records, highlight the record and
press
[Select]
.
Selected records display with a brace (Atria 3100) or a checkmark
(Atria 6100) in front of the record.
7. Press
[Send/Rec]
.
After a few seconds, the Atria begins downloading the records and indi-
cates the progress of the download.
NOTE: If the Atria reports errors, the communications log
contains more information regarding the errors. To print the
communications log: Press
[Setup]
and then select
Print
Communications Log
. For more information, press
[ALT]

[H]
to access the
Help
menu and select
Troubleshooting
