Trouble?
- Try turning off the camcorder and connect s tation. After a
moment, turn them on again and re s tore the connection. If the
problem per s i s t s , contact a Canon S ervice Center.
Clo s ing the LCD panel turn s off the camcorder. File tran s fer s in
progre ss will be interrupted.
- K eep the camcorder’ s LCD panel open while a wirele ss file tran s fer
to the optional C S 100 Connect S tation i s in progre ss .
Incorrect Wi-Fi pa ss word.
- The pa ss word (encryption k ey) i s ca s e s en s itive s o ma k e s ure to
enter it correctly.
Invalid port number. Perform the s etting again.
- The port number entered cannot be u s ed. In the s etting s for the
Monitor while Out function (

180) change the port number to a
port that doe s not conflict with other device s .
IP addre ss conflict
- Change the IP addre ss of the camcorder or of any conflicting
device to avoid the s ame IP addre ss being a ss igned to multiple
device s on the s ame networ k .
Memory card cover i s open
- The memory card s lot cover wa s opened while the memory card
wa s being acce ss ed. S top the Wi-Fi function in u s e and end the
Wi-Fi connection.
Multiple acce ss point s detected. Try the operation again.
- There are multiple acce ss point s s ending out a WP S s ignal at the
s ame time. Try the operation again later or perform s etup u s ing the
[WP S : PIN Code] or [ S earch for Acce ss Point s ] option (
