Clearing Document Feed Jams
To prevent frequent paper jams during document scanning, always check the pages
before you feed them into the machine. (See Chapter 3, “Sending Documents,” in
the
Facsimile Guide
.)
If a document is curled or wrinkled, make a copy of the original and scan the copy.
If a paper jam occurs during scanning, the Error lamp blinks red, and the following
message appears on the LCD display:
Follow the procedure described below to clear the document feed jam.

Press [Stop].
