Flow of Checking Operations
If you press [Monitor], the job status display appears. You can check the status of
fax jobs or copy jobs on the LCD display.

Press [Monitor].

To check the fax jobs:

Press [Set].
If you want to check the transaction results, press [ ] or [ ] to display
<2.TX/RX RESULTS>.

Press [Set].
The fax jobs appear on the LCD display.
To scroll through the list of the jobs, press [

] or [
▲
].
●
To check the copy jobs:

Press [ ] or [ ] to display <2. COPY>

The recent job appears on the LCD display.
