Chapter 4  Troubleshooting

 Status Lamp Is Flashing Orange

When an error occurs in the printer and normal operation is not possible, the Status Lamp of the Operation Panel 
will flash orange (service call error).

Handle accordingly:

1 

Turn off the printer.

 (P.8)

2 

After the Power Lamp goes off, turn the power on again.

 (P.7)

3 

If an error occurs after turning the printer on again, contact your place of purchase and 
provide them with the error number (4 digits) displayed on the Status Monitor.
