Test print 2 describes the following items:
(1) Date
The date and time when test print 2 was printed.
(2) Version
Version of the firmware of the system controller, the carriage controller, and the
motor controller.
(3) Print record
The cumulative number of printed pages, based on the total area of A0-sized paper
(including the white area).
Via IPC indicates the number of pages printed from the printer driver, whereas Non
IPC indicates the number of pages printed from the RIP.
(4) Cutter
The number of times the cutter was in motion. One count means that the cutter
has made one round trip.
(5) Drive Time
The cumulative time with power turned on (includes the time in the power-save
mode) and the number of scans by the carriage during printing. As for the latter,
one count means that the carriage has traveled in either direction (that is, 2 counts
for a round trip). Note that carriage movement for printing the paper width
measurement and non-ink jetting detection are not counted.
(6) Ink consumption amount
The number of times ink bottles and waste ink tanks are replaced.
(7) Print Head record
Shows information about the heads currently installed on the printer.
Indicates the date when the head is installed, the number of scans during printing
(the same as the carriage scans), the number of non-jetting nozzles on the head
rank and on each of the nozzle arrays, and the number of ink drops ejected by
each of the nozzle arrays.
(8) Err information
History of the last five service errors.
Shows the error code and the date and time of errors.
(9) Warning information
History of the last five warnings.
Shows the warning code and the date and time of warnings.
(10) Firmware error
History of the last five firmware errors.
Shows the error code and the date and time of errors.
(11) Operator call
History of the last five operator calls.
Shows the operator code and the date and time of operator calls.
