<Cause>
The print position adjustment value setting was incorrect.
<Probable faulty component>
Battery shutoff, system controller.
<Action>
1. Battery:
Measure the voltage between CP452 and CP417 (GND) on the system controller
with the power of the printer turned off, and replace the battery if the result is not
between about 2.7V~3.2V.
2. Replace the system controller.

<Cause>
Print data was still found in the band memory even after each carriage pass was
completed.
<Probable faulty component>
Linear scale, encoder sensor unit, carriage controller, head controller, system
controller.
<Action>
1. Check the linear scale:
Visually check the linear scale for abnormal conditions, such as stains or damage.
2. Replace the encoder sensor unit.
3. Replace the carriage controller.
4. Replace the head controller.
5. Replace the system controller.
