1.3 Electrical Parts

Although connected to the AC power supply, the printer is only activated when its
power switch is turned on.
At the rear of the main unit are the system controller, image process controller, head
controller, mechanical controller, motor controller, power supply unit, interface
connector, and optional connector. The carriage controller is included in the carriage
unit, and the operation panel is on the upper right cover.
When servicing the printer with the cover removed, be extremely careful to avoid
electric shock and shorting contacts.
