The Warranty will not be considered in the following 

cases:

-  Whenever the use of the device does not conform 

to the instructions and information described in this 

manual.

-  

In case of changes or variations made without 

authorization of the manufacturer.

-  In case of technical interventions executed by a non-

authorized personnel.

- In case of failing to carry out adequate maintenance.

1.5. Technical assistance

Any further information about the documentation, 

technical assistance and spare parts, shall be 

requested from: Calpeda S.p.A. (paragraph 1.2).

2.  TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Medium-density polyethylene tank, resistant to 

corrosion, with minimum overall dimensions. 

-  

GEO 40

 single tank with 40 liters nominal capacity for 

the installation of a GXRM type.

-  

GEO 230

 single tank with 230 liters nominal capacity 

for the installation of an electropump type GM 10, 

GQ, GX or GM series.

-  

GEO 500

 double tank with 500 liters nominal capacity 

for the installation of two electropumps type GM 10, 

GQ, GX or GM series.

2.1. Intended use

Automatic waste water collecting and lifting stations, to 

handle domestic, civil and industrial waste water. 

- clear water with GM 10, GXR, GQR pump series.

-  waste water with GXV, GXC, GQS, GQV, GQN, 

GMC, GMV pump series

-  sewage water  with grinder GQG  pumps series

Refer  to  the  specific  manuals  for  information 

concerning the electric pumps and electrical panels.

Do not use the station in explosive atmospheres or in 

the presence of corrosive and/or flammable dust, acid 

or gas, etc.

Do not use the station to pump hazardous, flammable 

and/or explosive liquids.

Make sure the performance level of the lifting station 

is compatible with the requirements of the system it is 

connected to.

+ 40 °C

• Maximum altitude: 1,000 metres a.s.l.

Liquid temperature from up to + 35 °C.

2.2. Improper use

The device is designed and built only for the purpose 

described in paragraph 2.1.

  Improper use of the device is forbidden, as is 

use under conditions other than those indicated 

in these instructions.

Improper use of the product reduces the safety and 

the  efficiency  of  the  device,  Calpeda  shall  not  be 

responsible for failure or accident due to improper use.

2.3. Marking

The following picture is a copy of the name-plate that is 

on the external case of the product.
