Driver installation and settings
All connections and driver settings for the UA-1G are now complete.
Read the following sections as necessary.
• “Listening to playback from your computer” (p. 31)
• “Recording a mic” (p. 32)
• “Recording a guitar” (p. 34)
• “Recording audio from a cassette tape or record” (p. 35)
• “Recording digital audio from your computer to a digital device” (p. 37)
• “Recording digital audio from a CD/MD/DAT” (p. 38)
Did you hear the sample data?
If you could hear the sample data, the UA-1G is correctly connected to your computer and
the driver has been installed correctly.
If you could not hear the sample data, refer to “Troubleshooting” (p. 40). If there’s no
sound, or if there’s something wrong with the playback, information provided in that
section will help you solve the problem.
