Recording your own OGMs
Press
AM
to enter into answering machine mode.
If the answering machine is on, the screen displays ANS
RECORD or ANS ONLY.
If the answering machine is off, the screen displays
AM OFF.
If the answering machine is in ANS RECORD mode, OGM1
is recorded.
If the answering machine is in ANS ONLY mode, OGM2 will
be recorded.
Press
OGM Rec
(key 9) . The screen displays REC OGM1 or
REC OGM2 depending on the set answering mode.
Wait for a beep tone. This indicates the beginning of the
recording session. Record your OGM by talking at a
normal level into the handset microphone. Press
Stop
(key 5) to end the recording session.
The recorded OGM is played back after the recording.
During the OGM play back, the screen displays PLAY
OGM1 or PLAY OGM2 depending on the answering mode
set.
If you do not stop the recording within 40 seconds, the
recording is stopped automatically at this time and a two-
beep tone is sounded in the earpiece. The recorded OGM is
played back.

Changing the answering mode
To change the answer mode from standby mode carry out
the following:
Press
AM
to enter the answering machine mode.
Press the
Mode
key to toggle between the two available
modes: the LCD display ANS RECORD and ANS ONLY. The
displayed mode is the set mode.
If the answering machine is on the display continues to
display the set mode.
If the answering machine is off, the set mode (ANS
RECORD or ANS ONLY) is displayed for 2 seconds and then
changes to AM OFF.
To play an OGM1
Press
AM
to enter into answering machine mode.
If the answering machine is on, the screen displays
ANS RECORD or ANS ONLY.
If the answering machine is Off the screen displays
AM OFF.
Press
OGM Play
(key 6)
If the answering machine is in ANS RECORD mode, OGM1
is played and the screen displays PLAY OGM1.
