Change the base PIN code
A PIN code is required in order to carry out a number of
operations. The default PIN code is 0000.
• Change the Prefix settings
• Change Call barring settings
• Register a handset
• De-register a handset
• Reset the phone settings
• Change the current PIN

The PIN code is composed of up to eight numerical digits.
To change the PIN code
Press

to scroll through the menu until SYSTEM is
displayed.

Use
Scroll
to scroll through the menu until CHANGE PIN is
displayed.

. The display reads PIN?
Use the
Numeric
keys to enter the correct PIN of the
currently selected base.
Press

. The display reads NEW PIN.
Use the
Numeric
keys to enter the new PIN (maximum 8
digits).
Press

to confirm. The LCD displays REPEAT.
Use the
Numeric
keys to re-enter the new PIN.

for this base on all other handsets
