Playing your messages
New messages are played first starting from the oldest new
message until all the new messages are played. When there
are no new messages, the old messages are played starting
from the oldest message until all messages are played. A
new message is regarded as old after it has been played
back.
Press
AM
to enter the answering machine mode.
Press
Play
(key 2) to begin playing the messages. Press
Stop
(key 5) at any time to stop playing the message. The
LCD displays STOP.
A short beep is sounded between playing two messages.
When all messages are played, a two-beep tone is
produced in the earpiece/speaker.
During message playback the following operations can be
carried out.
After the first 5 seconds of the message, press
RWD
(key 1),
or
Press
Play
(key 2) to replay the current message.
Within the first 5 seconds of the message, press
Play
(key 1) to play the message older than the current one
unless the current one is the oldest. Otherwise, the
current message is replayed.

(key 3) to play the message newer that the
current one unless the current message is the newest.
Otherwise playback stops.
Press
OK
to view the message information.

Volume up/down
to adjust the speaker volume.
During message playback, the display shows the message
number of the message currently playing, followed by the
date and time of the message or simply the message number
if the date and time are not available.

To delete a message
While a message is being played back:
Press
Delete
to delete the current message. The LCD
displays DELETED until the message is deleted. A
confirmation tone is then sounded. The next message is
played back.
If the deleted message is the last message in the memory,
the LCD displays STOP.
To delete all messages
Press
AM
to enter the answering machine mode.

Delete
