Place RM1250 onto the /index assembly. Ensure that the connection wire is fully enclosed in the unit
assembly.

The RM1250 label should be facing forward and line up with the blue dot on the base.

Tighten base screws to secure unit.
RM1250 with Existing Index
The RM1250 and index adapter base can be mounted onto an existing index. Refer to Figure B-5 during
installation.
